This policy matches how the site actually works: there is no user account, no online payment, no client area, no newsletter, no analytics tool, no behavioural advertising and no commercial profiling.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Koutoubia Keys, a SARL AU established in Morocco, rue du Capitaine Arrigui, Marrakech, 40000. Contact: contact@koutoubiakeys.com.
2. Data collected
When you complete the contact form you provide your surname, first name, WhatsApp number, email address, postcode and city of residence, along with any information about your property project you choose to share. Exchanges by email, WhatsApp or when booking a call may also contain personal data.
3. Purposes
This information is used to answer enquiries, understand the project described, arrange conversations and viewings, and prepare or follow a property transaction. It is not used to build a public profile or for behavioural advertising, and it is never sold on.
4. Voluntary nature
You choose to complete the form or to use the contact methods offered. The form includes an explicit consent checkbox.
5. How the form is processed
Responses are sent by email to contact@koutoubiakeys.com. They do not pass through any third-party analytics or marketing service and are not stored in a database on the site.
6. Third-party services
Hosting is provided by OVHcloud. Contact buttons may open WhatsApp; call booking uses Google Calendar; social media are operated by their own platforms. When you use these services, data may be processed by their operators under their own terms.
7. Typefaces
The site's fonts are hosted on the Koutoubia Keys server. No request is sent to Google Fonts during your visit, so your IP address is not passed to any font provider.
8. Transfers and hosting
Koutoubia Keys is established in Morocco and the site is hosted by OVHcloud. Third-party services used for some contact methods may process data on infrastructure located in Morocco, in the European Union or elsewhere, according to their own architecture.
9. Retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was provided, then deleted or archived where retention remains necessary for a legal obligation or the management of a professional file.
10. Cookies
The site uses no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no profiling. The only item stored locally on your device is your choice regarding the cookie message, so that it is not shown again on every visit.
When you click through to an external service (Google, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), that service may set or read its own cookies. Such processing falls under its policy, not that of Koutoubia Keys.
11. Your rights
Under the conditions provided by applicable regulation, you may request access to your data, its rectification and, where the conditions are met, its deletion, or object to certain processing. Write to contact@koutoubiakeys.com stating the purpose of your request.
12. CNDP
Processing carried out in Morocco is subject to Law 09-08 and to the supervision of the Commission Nationale de Contrôle de la Protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP). This document does not replace any declaratory formalities that may be required.
13. Updates
This policy will be updated if the services used change, in particular if an analytics tool, a newsletter or any feature requiring new processing is added.
